13.624 VISITORS ATTENDED VIETSTOCK 2024 AND AQUACULTURE VIETNAM 2024

The Vietstock and Aquaculture were recently held at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City. The three-day event attracted 13.624 industry professionals.

The Vietstock 2024 & Aquaculture Vietnam 2024 showcased a diverse range of products and services, including high-quality breeds, nutritious animal feed, advanced livestock machinery, smart farm management solutions, waste treatment systems, and organic products.

The exhibition also highlighted the latest trends in the industry, such as the integration of AI, IoT, and big data analytics to optimise production. With its comprehensive solutions, Vietstock & Aquaculture Vietnam empower farmers to enhance productivity, improve product quality, mitigate risks, and expand their markets.

At the exhibition's opening ceremony, Mr. Phung Duc Tien, Deputy Minister, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, remarked: “International integration and technology are key drivers for improving productivity, quality, and efficiency in livestock farming. Creating a conducive environment for encouraging investment, research, and technology transfer in the industry is essential for the future. This exhibition serves as a vital bridge, connecting the livestock and aquaculture business community, experts, producers, and both domestic and international farmers to collaborate and share insights”.

He further emphasized, “Exhibitors have noted that each year after Vietstock, their equipment sales increase. Our livestock and aquaculture technologies are continually being innovated, which plays a key role in boosting the industry's productivity, quality, and competitiveness."

On behalf of the Organising Committee, Mr. Ben Wong, Country General Director of Informa Markets Vietnam, highlighted the exhibition’s core values: “This year marks a significant milestone for Vietstock as we celebrate its 20th anniversary. Vietstock and Aquaculture Vietnam have become a cornerstone for the livestock and aquaculture industries in Vietnam, representing a critical opportunity for us all to come together, exchange knowledge, and collaborate toward a brighter future.”

The event serves as a comprehensive platform that encompasses the entire value chain of the livestock and aquaculture industries. Hosted by the Department of Livestock Production (Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development), and supported by 06 livestock and aquaculture associations, Vietstock 2024 and Aquaculture Vietnam 2024 feature over 90 in-depth knowledge sessions. These sessions provide valuable insights into current trends and effective strategies for enhancing production capacity.

Among these sessions, the Biosecurity Asia Forum and the ASEAN Associations Round Table stood out as exceptional activities, offering an international perspective and creating opportunities for global learning and networking.

As part of the exhibition, the Vietstock Awards 2024 proudly announced and celebrated 16 outstanding enterprises. These awards highlight the relentless dedication of these companies in driving progress within the Vietnamese livestock industry.

The three-day exhibition attracted an astounding 13.624 visitors from 45 countries and regions. This impressive turnout not only highlights the event's success but also marks a momentous celebration of 20 years of supporting the livestock and aquaculture industries in Vietnam.

Vietstock 2025 will take place from October 8 to 10, 2025, and Aquaculture Vietnam 2026 will be held from March 11 to 13, 2026, at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre (SECC), 799 Nguyen Van Linh, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The event is set to introduce a wide range of new activities, innovative technologies, and exciting business opportunities, paving the way for a thriving and sustainable livestock industry.
